## Description

Cynon Taf CHG wish to appoint an experienced service provider to undertake asbestos removal at properties owned/managed by Cynon Taf CHG\. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification\. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of twenty-four months via two twelve-month extensions, to a maximum term of five years\. Any extension will be at the discretion of Cynon Taf CHG\. The estimated contract value is c\. £35,000 \(exc VAT\) per annum\. Additional information: Refer to tender documentation for full details\.
