ESPH CN Construction of a BREEAM Certified Business Centre (ESPH382TI) - AWARD

Hastings Borough Council (the Council) wished to commission a highly competent building contractor to progress proposals for the construction of a new business centre on the Churchfields Industrial Estate in St Leonards. The building will include some Contractor's Designed elements. The objective of the procurement is to deliver a new business centre consisting of up to 29 units on two floors, with a gross internal area of approximately 1189m2and 849m2 of lettable space, along with the required density of car parking spaces and appropriate landscaping on time, on budget and safely.
