Epsom and Ewell Borough Council \(EEBC\) are looking for a suitable Service Partner to take on the running of Ewell Court House which is on Lakehurst Road, Ewell, Surrey KT19 0EB\. This is an imposing Grade II Listed Building comprising of 4,135 sq ft over two floors and set within the grounds of Ewell Court Park\.
