The council is now looking to appoint a consultant to further develop plans for Heat Decarbonisation Plans \(HDP\) produced for Herefordshire Council's school building portfolio\. To produce an outline design/scope of works, which will be investment ready and will support the council with applications for grant funding \(e\.g\. Salix\)\. Up to 6 schools \(including 1 secondary school\) will be included\.
