Harris Boys Academy East Dulwich & Harris Academy South Norwood Management of Community Use Lettings

The Federation wishes to contract a professional lettings service provider to manage community use bookings/lettings and generate income to be shared on a percentage basis for Harris Boys Academy East Dulwich and Harris Academy South Norwood (including both the Clocktower and Beulah Hill sites). The contract term will be for an initial term of three years with an option to extend by a further two years to a maximum of five years in total. The anticipated Contract start date will be September 2022.
