## Description

Wigan Council require a National Care Costing Tool as part of the Greater Manchester \(GM\) collaborative commission initiative\. The tool is used by providers and Councils to benchmark costs and help create a fair and sustainable care market\. This resource will support Wigan's commissioning of care\.
