British Council would like access to expertise covering several different areas to support its transformation programme. This would include but not limited to access to diagnostics and benchmarks to ensure that we are future proofing the change across the British Council and accessing the most up to date thinking, templates, industry practices and various other documents. Also, we would like access to a suite of professionals across different disciplines at a time of our choosing relevant to the stage of the change process we are undertaking.
