## Description

Homes England wishes to carry out Landscape Maintenance and Cleansing contract at East Lancs Paper Mill, including on the recently acquired land from Bury Council\. The Landscape Maintenance and Cleansing contract includes site inspections, grass cutting, hedge cutting, weed control, shrub maintenance and cleansing\. The works are required to meet Homes England's duty of care under the Occupiers Liability Act 1957\.
