## Description

The project is broken down into phases, and each phase will commence at different times\. • Phase 1A - Soft strip and demolition of former Wilko store & Shopmobility unit, Broad Street, Stafford to form development platform\. • Phase 1B - Soft strip and demolition of 10-12 Gaolgate Street, Stafford \(GF store and upper floors\) to form development platform\. • Phase 1C - Façade Retention to Guildhall Shopping Centre Entrance \(off Crabbery Street\) followed by demolition of 2 storey retail units, associated concrete frame structure and glazed roof to rear of this\. Tenders were invited using the Framework Agreement: CCS Framework RM6088 Construction Works and Associated Services\.
