## Description

The Council's contracted Home Improvement Agency works with the Council's Private Sector Housing \(PSH\) service and Occupational Therapy service to deliver major and minor adaptations for vulnerable people living in Hackney\. The principal aim of the HIA is to provide practical advice and support so that residents can maintain a safe and accessible home environment allowing them to remain living safely at home for longer\.
