## Description

BCHG is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver Communal & Window Cleaning Services\. The Contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend for a further two, 12 month periods, subject to performance and at BCHG's discretion\.
