## Description

This contract is for the provision of high quality information, advice and guidance to residents of the London Borough of Brent\. This will be a professional service which is accessible to all and delivered free of charge\. The Independent Advice and Guidance \(IAG\) service will be delivered as a face-to-face service in multiple locations across the borough as well as through a range of channels\. The service will be accessible to all sector of the community and will cover a range of topics from benefits advice, debt management, employment rights and many others\. The contract will be for a period of two years with the option of two single-year extensions \(2\+1\+1\)\. The maximum contract value will be £500,000 per annum and 2,000,000 over the Contract Period\. Additional information: The Services to which the Procurement relate fall within the "Light Touch Regime" \(LTR\) governing procurement of Health, Social, Education and Other Service Contracts\.
