Provision of Modular Toilet Block for Newquay Railway Station

The Council is demolishing its existing Toilet block at Newquay Railway Station and is seeking a company to provide a modular toilet block to be placed in the same location.

The unit must consist of at least five cubicles one of which must be DDA compliant.

The modular unit needs to be constructed preferably of steel construction and to a specification which is low maintenance, anti-vandal proof and resistant to the maritime climate.

Sanitaryware, fixtures and fittings must be as robust as possible with an emphasis on high footfall usage.

The unit must come ready to be connected to existing electrical and water sewerage systems.
