Oldham Council would like to invite you to provide a quote for a Training Provider who will deliver an on-site/role specific programme of moving and handling of objects training to council operatives across four departments including Highways Operations, Environmental Management \(Parks, Gardens etc\) Fleet Management and Waste Management services\.
