Application Services 2023 - SOW

Episerver will provide developer resources for Coventry University's ongoing application support for January to December 2024. This time will be utilized as directed by the Customer team for various Optimizely platform development and supporting activities. A resource budget of seven (7) days per calendar month is to be provided for all work and for all resources/roles required to fulfil assigned tasks and associated work, with Coventry University staff able to assign and utilize between the above activities as they choose. This will be tracked and monitored by regular Project Management (PM) reporting, with PM time also utilizing this budget. This SOW is governed by terms and conditions in the Expert and Education Services Terms and Conditions, specifically excluding the terms and conditions of the EUSA and SLA.
