Plymouth City Council is seeking expressions of interest from organisations that are able to deliver a high quality Advocacy and Independent Visitor service for children who are in the care of the local authority\. The service specification has been revised from the current service specification, which has been in place for 6 years, reflecting the challenges and the learning from the last 6 years of delivery\.
