Carer Support Services Contract (SECOND VARIATION AGREEMENT)

Description

The Contract value stated in Schedule 2 of the Principal Agreement shall be increased by £218,600 from £837,302 to £1,055,902 for Year 5 (i.e. Financial Period 01.04.25 to 31.03.26) in consideration of the Service Provider agreement that: - the provision of the Services, as detailed in the Prior Agreements, shall be increased to meet the additional payment as outlined in Schedule 2 of this Agreement. - the Prior Agreements shall be varied by the inclusion of the following new Special Condition, SC8-Clawback
