Merchant services for processing, authorisation and settlement of debit and credit card transactions.

The University is seeking a provider of merchant services for processing, authorisation and settlement of the University's debit and credit transactions via all payment channels including: - customer present (Chip and PIN / contactless payments), - customer not present (mail order / telephone order) and online (e-commerce). The successful Supplier will be expected to provide a high level availability of the service and add value through an effective support.

Additional information: The values quoted makes allowance for the inclusion all interchange, scheme and processing fees that make up the transaction costs.

The initial contract period will be for 5 years with an option to extend for a maximum of a further 2 years.

The awarded value assumes the option to extend is exercised in full.
