## Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of services to carry out an independent review to help better understand the impact of the type \(e\.g\. narrow lanes, lane closures, contraflow\), lengths and spacing of its road works and the resulting impacts upon customer experience, customer fatigue/workload and customer safety\.
