## Description

Broadstairs & St\. Peter's Town Council are looking for expressions of interest from contractors able to undertake groundworks in the area of Pierremont Park owned by Broadstairs & St\. Peter's Town Council\. Works to include: remediation groundwork following the demolition of two community buildings, alterations to parking areas and tree works\. If you would be interested in this project please email Danielle Dunn, the Town Clerk with a capability statement setting out why you would be suitable for this project and any relevant experience\.
