City of Sunderland College trading as Education Partnership North East \(EPNE\) wishes to establish a framework agreement of suitable providers to deliver training and education on its behalf in England for the academic year 2022/23, 2023/24, 2024/25\. The framework agreement is divided into 4 lots, Providers can bid for individual or all lots\.
