Description

Undertake the role of Principle Contractor (PC). Undertake all Lot 13 PDF works in liaison with other parties engaged on this scheme, to include but not limited to: - Produce and maintain Work Order programme - Attend a pre-start meeting prior to commencement of works - to be organised by Client - Produce monthly spend profile, forward forecasts and calculations for any financial accruals - Liaise with Client for technical queries - Collate information for H&S File to include laying records, no need to produce As-built drawings, as this will be done by National Highways.
