University Hospitals Dorset are looking for Professional support to enable continued improvement \(CI\) thus creating a better patient journey whilst supporting all colleagues across the Trust to work more effectively, to enjoy their work and develop within their roles\. UHD is looking for an experienced NHS team to deliver a Professional Support Programme that provides practical, highly experienced support, through coaching and mentoring, with first-hand advice from senior NHS executive experienced individuals\.
