Purchase of 3 EV Large Vans

The Council require replacement of three current hired diesel-powered large vans, operated by Community Equipment Service (Adult Provision). The previous owned vehicles went beyond their useful economic life and have since been sold at auction.

The new vehicles, Ford eTransit L3H3, will be Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) to further support CWC's climate change agenda. The new BEV's will enable quiet, efficient and emission free transportation of medical equipment throughout the year.
