There is a maximum of £28,000 (excluding VAT) allocated to this project to supply 20 bikes to Middleton Arena. 1. SPECIFICATION (or equivalent) Bidders are expected to meet and provide evidence of how the specification is met. • Frame Steel • Flywheel Rear • New not refurbished/used • 360 degree Magnetic Brake resistance system or equivalent • Two stage drive chain or equivalent • Dual Sided SPD pedals • Micro-adjustable seat and handlebar adjustment (horizontal and vertical) • Water bottle holder per bike • Display console to include or equivalent: o Watt o RPM o Resistance Level o Heart Rate o Calories o Time o Distance o Colour By Colour (or equivalent class management tool)
