## Description

Procurement of an external research agency to conduct a quantitative survey of consumers of bagged growing media\. Findings from the proposed research will be used by the OIM \(alongside a range of other evidence\) to inform the content of a report, requested under s34 of the United Kingdom Internal Market Act 2020, on the potential economic effects of the UK Government's proposed regulation to ban the retail sale of peat and peat-containing products in England by 2024\.
