CWC23135 BCT Noose Lane to Pinson Road Cycle Scheme

City of Wolverhampton Council requires an organisation to deliver the cycle scheme as detailed. ATF3 funding and CRSTS funding has been granted for the provision of a cycle scheme along the A454 corridor which aims to connect Wolverhampton to Walsall. This work is part of the larger A454 corridor works and is a LTN 1/20 compliant design which has been approved by Transport for West Midlands Cycling and Walking team. The design is now complete and the construction requires delivery Utilising Midland Highways Alliance MSF4 Framework
