## Description

Housing Ombudsman requires a supplier to provide annual Health Check assessments for its employees\. The Service can be provide through provision of mobile or fixed units at or near our offices in Docklands London or a location near employees residences within the South East\. The contract will have a duration of 3 \+1 \+1 years\.
