## Description

RBK is seeking an energy and sustainability consultant to assess energy statements for all major developments \(schemes of 10 or more dwellings or 1,000sqm of non-residential floorspace\) be net zero-carbon unless it can be clearly demonstrated that the zero-carbon target cannot be fully achieved on-site\.
