Provision of Complex Needs Outreach Service for the Newcastle Partnership Hub

Newcastle Borough Council on behalf of the Newcastle Partnership wishes to re-commission a dedicated early intervention/preventative outreach service from a third sector partner to offer practical and emotional support to those individuals located within the Borough of Newcastle-under-Lyme identified as needing intensive support with complex needs such as substance misuse and mental health issues.
