## Description

Technical Design and Project Management of Lift Replacement Project at HMLR Croydon Office The 8-floor Croydon Office currently operates three mid-range Univers machine room less lifts manufactured, designed and maintained by ThyssenKrupp \(and supplied from France\)\. The lifts were originally installed in 2006\. Following frequent Lift failures in the last 6 months, and a lack of assurance in terms of short-term reliability, a decision has been made to replace all three Lift units\. Additional information: \*\*\*NEW TIME AND DATE - Closing date has now been changed to 10:00am on 16/03/2018\*\*\* Attached notes cover discussions with suppliers that took place during the site visit on 07/03/18\. Please note that this requirement is for a Lift Consultant\.
