## Description

The Trust requires converting the old ITU 3 space on the 3rd floor, adjacent to the operating department theatres and recovery unit, to create a level 1 & 2 High Dependency Unit \(HDU\) facilities\. This will include a full refurbishment of the HDU area as existing infrastructure is either not fit for purpose or inadequate for the new area\.
