North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking to identify a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to undertake a study of the role of volunteers within caring and accessible transport, including voluntary car services, and the opportunity for a shared recruitment and support initiative. This study will provide a work-stream outcome for the North East Lincolnshire Total Transport Pilot.
