## Description

Strata Service Solutions Ltd is a Private Ltd Teckal Company wholly owned by 3 Local Authorities: Teignbridge District Council, Exeter City Council and East Devon District Council\. As part of an ongoing programme of IT system compatibility, Strata are currently working with the councils to review the HR and Payroll needs and requirements across the 3 authorities and wish to assess the systems currently available to the Public Sector\. Strata are undertaking a Soft Market Test \(SMT\) to understand the market, available systems and functionality, Cloud solutions along with potential associated costs\.
