Work description
The Council wants an organisation to analyse and report on this potential, which will need to be weighed against the impact on assets and local communities and posit options for an operating model to achieve this potential. As part of this process, the organisation should consider and evaluate various delivery models to facilitate implementation. This specification seeks to understand how potential bidders would achieve these objectives and the likely timeframe and cost.
