## Description

Leeds Adult Social Care have a statutory duty to provide home care services and support to people who have eligible needs and are therefore tendering out its requirement for community based home care services for adults \(those aged over 18\)\. The aim of the service is to provide care and support that will help people maintain their independence to enable them to live longer within their own communities
