Mid and South Essex Hospitals Trust \(The Authority\) are leading the delivery of the Community Diagnostic Centre programme acting on behalf of the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board\. The Authority wishes to procure an ultrasound provider \(The Provider\) to deliver the Ultrasound services at the new CDCs located at Thurrock and Braintree\.
