ITT for Developer Services Work (PROC.01.0676)

We are tendering for two parts to this project. Suppliers are welcome to bid for either Part 1 or Part 2, or both Parts combined. Suppliers must ensure their tender submission is clear on what Part/s they are bidding for. Part 1 is a study about the variation in water companies' costs and charges for developer services. We want to understand the extent to which variations are driven by poor cost-reflectivity, methodological differences, and regional factors. Part 2 is a study about options for the future regulation of developer services. This will feed into our emerging thinking for the price review in 2024 (PR24).
