TVCA-PRO-0344 - Bus Stop Timetable Posting and Bus Stop Survey

Working in co-ordination with the five local authorities, Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) would like to implement a contract for the posting of local bus service information (at-stop timetables). In addition, we would like the same supplier to survey the local bus stop infrastructure across Tees Valley.  TVCA is seeking to procure a supplier for a one-year contract, there will also be an optional extension period of a further year, subject to agreement. There will be a 3-month cancellation clause for the contract, should this be required.\r \r In addition to a posting and surveying supplier, TVCA are also seeking to procure a separate service to appoint a supplier to print the information at-stop in accordance with service changes (The opportunity TVCA-PROC-0343 can also be found on contracts finder). Providers are welcome to bid for both opportunities\r \r Please see tender documents for further detail.
