Con_23414 Managed Service Provision for the HMCTS Judicial Payroll Programme

Description

It is anticipated the supplier will provide the following roles/functions to deliver JPP objectives by streamlining the way in which technical partners are utilised to optimise MSP value to support workstreams delivery within JPP. Functions/services required can be grouped into the following four categories: Service Transition and Management - ensuring that all changes are managed and governed through the appropriate channels. Including the execution of service transition processes to ensure any changes to the live payroll service and operations are understood, agreed, and transitioned to live. BAU Innovation - oversight and operational project management of the Payroll Administrator innovation roadmap/plan Data expertise - to implement a Judicial Payroll Data Improvement Plan (TBC). Digital expertise - to support service/product procurement (JFEPS replacement) and delivery to live service
