RSSB intends to provide industry with guidance on pathing and regulation decisions for freight services that incorporate the railways sustainability agenda to reduce freight fuel consumption and emissions and favour modal shift by improving efficiencies in rail journey times Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
