## Description

We need to improve the consumer experience at public chargepoints\. Consumers should have confidence to travel across the UK and be able to rely on the public electric vehicle \(EV\) charging network\. Local authorities and central government should be able to use data to meet our net Zero targets\. This contract is to support the initial Alpha build phase
