## Description

Clarion Housing Group are retendering the North Ground Maintenance for Lots 2,5 and 7 for the North region in 2024\. These lots will be required to run alongside our existing Grounds Maintenance Contract in the North which commenced 1/10/2022\. Our temporary contracts are due to end in December 2024, we have allowed a year for the procurement process as we need to consult with our residents\. Initial Period - 12/12/24 - 30/9/2026 \(21 Months\) \+ 1/10/26 - 30/9/2027 - Optional Extension \+ 1/10/27 - 30/9/2028 - Optional Extension\.
