## Description

The Fund wishes to provide employees with a Healthcare Cash Plan \(HCP\)\. This would allow colleagues to claim money back on everyday healthcare costs, such as dental, optical and therapy treatments\. The provision of a HCP enables the Fund to make a positive impact on colleagues' physical, mental and financial wellbeing and to show that they are valued\. The service would include an online claims process and support service\. This is a key benefit for colleagues and plays a part in retaining valued colleagues whilst attracting new people to the Fund\. Direct award from ESPO Staff Benefits 319\_23 Framework\. Total Contract term: 12 months \+ 12 months \+ 12 months\. Total Contract Value: up to and not exceeding 1,374,000\.00 GBP \(excluding VAT\)\.
