## Description

Brighton & Hove City Council \(“BHCC”\) seeks a replacement of the current 'Bluecoat' web-filtering and proxying solution that reaches End of Life in October 2016\. BHCC will require the Contractor to provide a solution matching the criteria as set in Schedule 1 - Service Specification\.
