## Description

Sprout Social is a tool that EWR can use to monitor social media activity on, such as engagement on our posts, mentions, sentiment trends etc\. From a resource perspective, it will make it efficient for the Social Media Lead to effectively monitor multiple social media platforms singlehandedly, with little resource needed from the wider team\. Sprout Social is a multi-skilled tool, offering the ability to report, schedule posts, create approval workflows and monitor EWR's social media inboxes all from one place\.
