## Description

The Council wishes to appoint a provider of a Document Management System \(DMS\) for the Collections and Assessments Team\. The DMS must be a centralised system that stores, retrieves and manages correct records of Council Tax payments and benefits awards and ensures that the Council receives its income, and our residents are paid what they are due appropriately and on time
