Service to develop Management Information reporting capabilities including delivery of a strategy and roadmap, Power BI dashboards and support.

The overarching requirements for this piece of work are to: - Produce a strategy and roadmap for delivery, - Design a solution to fit the requirements, - Build the solution on Microsoft Azure, - Provide detailed skills transfer to CPS staff on the solution, - Provide a managed service support for the solution

As part of the design stage of the project, CPS have requested that a data strategy and roadmap is delivered to outline an approach for the next three years that: - Articulates the benefits the data strategy will deliver to the business strategy, - Includes scope for the onboarding of the Common Platform data, - Identifies risks and assumptions, - Provides high level indicative costs, and - Adheres to CPS governance and stakeholder requirements
