FIRE ALARMS AND EMERGENCY LIGHTING

The Authority, is conducting the procurement using open procedure for the purpose of appointing a contractor to carry out comprehensive works on the following:

Fire Alarm Systems, Portable Firefighting Appliances, Hose Reels, Emergency Lighting, Dry Risers, AOV Smoke Vents and Associated Equipment in respect to:

Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Safety Inspections, Reactive Repairs and Capital Refurbishment Works and Upgrade Works for:

(a) Seventeen Sheltered Schemes for assisted living

(b) One General Needs Block of Flats classed as semi-sheltered

(c) Ten Community Centres

(d) Twenty-seven* General Needs Blocks

*Subject to increase throughout contract duration The requirements are further described in the Specification and associated documents.
