Somerset County Council \(the Authority\) is conducting this procurement process as a further competition under the framework agreement 376E Lot 1\.1 \(eBooks\) established by the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation \(ESPO\) which came into effect on 8 January 2021, for the purpose of enabling Somerset County Council Library Service to offer a joint service with our partner authorities in LibrariesWest
